I only wish I had drawn up this cool music butterfly.
It was designed by this young woman.

This is a cover-up of an older tattoo.
It was time to free herself and fly away with a new butterfly tattoo.

So, what we have here is a tricky revision of
an existing tattoo.
My client wanted to go from the two - dimensional look
(from a different shop at a different time), as seen in shapes and rainbow
above, to the three - dimensional look now shown in the fresh work below the
rainbow. We had a great first session.

Before returning to England after, several years in the Northwest,
this customer decided to get a tattoo symbolic of the good times spent here.

Three good friends and cousins visited to get some happy suns. Following the
early peoples of many cultures on the planet Earth they chose to incorporate the
ancient Petroglyph for the spiral into their suns. A spiral is the most common
symbol to be found and was used when a settlement had to be abandoned. It tells
others that the inhabitants have continued migration. In certain circles, those
who believe in ET's, it means perhaps the ancients came from a wormhole in outer
space.

Ah, again the sound of tattooing is heard,
a tribute to "Pink Floyd" - "The Wall". Lucy is looking good.
Lucy, a regular
customer, began a half sleeve
using some of the flowers from Pink Floyd's movie "The Wall".

As you see on her sleeve - two
intertwining vines
and leaves that wrap the upper arm, which took 7 1/2 hours straight.
